Beach chairs, towels and a cooler are ready for the coast. Back home: billiards, ping-pong, PS5, an outdoor sound system and a professional BBQ.
The story
AtMonchiThis house was developed by AtMonchi, a locally owned company run by Raymond and Ronald. The design is inspired by Mediterranean taste — warm, sunny spaces made for easy island living.
Amenities & how to use them
- The pool is open any time — no heating needed in the Aruban sun.
- For the jacuzzi, turn on the heater about 20–30 minutes before you get in so it reaches temperature.
- Use the white knobs on the wall near the grill to operate the jacuzzi.
- Please shower before entering and keep glass away from the water; plastic cups live in the outdoor kitchen.
- Pool service comes 4 times a week, between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning.
- They let themselves in through the side gate — no announcement will be made, so no need to worry when they appear.
- They work covered up because of the sun; just relax and enjoy your morning.
- Garden service comes every Friday between 8:00 and 12:00.
- The villa has many beautiful plants that need regular maintenance to stay in the best condition.
- Just like the pool service, there is no announcement — it is routine care, so simply let them do their work.
- All showers and bathtubs are connected to warm water — enjoy a hot shower at any time of day.
- Open the gas valve on the tank first, then ignite the burners and preheat with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
- After grilling, burn off residue on high for a few minutes, brush the grates, and close the gas valve again.
- Besides the main kitchen, there is an extra pantry area behind it.
- There you'll find the extra coffee machine, toaster, blender and icemaker.
- The beach chairs and the laundry are also stored in that same area.
- Pair your phone over Bluetooth from the system or its remote — select the villa's speaker name in your Bluetooth settings.
- Keep volume considerate after 22:00; the sound carries far on quiet evenings.
- Cues, balls and paddles are stored next to the tables — please return them after playing.
- For the PS5, switch the TV to the console input, press the PS button on a controller and pick a guest profile.
- The TVs are LG smart TVs — press the home button on the LG remote to open all your streaming apps.
- They're connected to worldwide entertainment: sign in with your own streaming accounts, or cast from your phone on the villa Wi-Fi.
- Please sign out of your accounts again before departure.

- Rooms 2 and 3 each have their own lockbox. Lockbox code: 1510.

- Please handle the room keys with care — lost keys will be charged, because for security reasons all locks then have to be changed.
